Research Journal

The International Journal of Applied Management Excellence and Research

About IJAMER

The purpose of The International Journal of Applied Management Excellence and Research (IJAMER) is to facilitate the publication of academic work for both emerging and established writers. Recognising the challenges posed by traditional star-rated journals, which often involve prolonged and complex submission processes, our journal aims to provide a more efficient, transparent and accessible alternative.

We aim to create a supportive platform that enables researchers and scholars to share their work efficiently and without undue delays. Our commitment is to uphold academic integrity while ensuring that valuable contributions reach the academic community in a timely manner.

We welcome submissions from a broad range of disciplines, provided they are relevant to the field of Applied Management. Our journal recognises the interdisciplinary nature of management studies and encourages contributions that offer valuable insights, research findings and practical applications within this domain. Authors are invited to submit their work, provided it aligns with the principles and scope of Applied Management.
